Wrap it Up, I’ll take it!!!

Hello beautiful humans, Happy New Year!! We made it. Yay!

2019 Is upon us and it is going to be great! I must say for me 2018 was one of the best if not the best years of my life thus far! I can’t define my exact best moment of 2018 because the entire year was absolutely wonderful.

I will say this though I went to 8 different States last year and I think 5 of them were states that I had never been to. It has always been my goal to visit a new place each year. In 2018 I was able to go to 4 or 5 new places.

My favorite place that I visited last year was Utah! You might be saying to yourself what’s so great about Utah? It was more so of the company that made the vacation beautiful! We went to the arches which is a beautiful National Park. One day we drove from Ogden Utah and we drove through Idaho Falls and we went all the way up to Jackson Hole Wyoming. The scenery was absolutely beautiful. Driving through the mountains seeing snow is something I’ve always wanted to do. I finally got to do it and it was with the man of my dreams.
I saw Bon Jovi for the 1st time in concert. I also got to see one of my favorite singers ever, Pink, with my sister Danielle. I can’t forget the fact that we saw the greatest country singer ever, Shania Twain, up close and personal in Tampa. We even did the Vip lounge before the concert. It was one of the best things ever.

My sister, my best friend Cassie, and my friend Nicole joined me for the breast cancer walk in October. It was such a lovely event and to see all of those people gather for a great cause made my heart smile. Heather would have been so proud. It’s sad because Heather couldn’t be there but it was beautiful to the see all the people out there supporting the fallen women, survivors, and recently diagnosed women.

There were some low points; I lost my Uncle John.  It was sad that he passed away. Sad mostly because it hurt my Mother and I hate to see her upset. However I know he’s in a better place and he’s with my other uncle and my auntie now.

My dog got really sick and I thought he was going to die. It was such a heartbreaking thing. I’ve had Dusty for over 12 years. Onyx and I need him around; we wouldn’t be the same without him. I suffered severe migraines for about 3 weeks.  However, all is well now. The highs outweighed the lows. God is good

I cannot forget to write that my now pre fiance got me a promise ring! It is one of the most beautiful rings I have ever seen. I feel so special, honored, loved, and cherished. He is the best thing I’ve ever had; after Dusty and Onyx of course, lol! After going through so much and having my heartbroken this is such a treat and much deserved!

Lastly, I turned 38 years old! It was an amazing birthday. 2018 was EVERYTHING!!

Thank you for reading my blog and I hope you enjoyed it! Have a wonderful blessed day!

What was your favorite part of 2018 and what do you look forward to in 2019? Was 2018 a good year for you?
