Good morning beautiful humans, Happy Sunday! Thanks for spending part of your day with me!
There’s so much going on right now and alot of it isn’t good. I thought I would write about something fun and lighthearted. Take my mind and yours to a happy place even if only for a few minutes!
When I say saddle, I mean my bike! lol!! I haven’t been able to ride my bike since two days before my birthday. I went on a ride two days before my birthday and then I got sick the day after my birthday.
Well after two months I have enough strength and lung power to ride my bike. When Jim and I went to Universal a week after Christmas; I wasn’t sure how I would do walking around the park all day. Guess what? I made it. I knew then I would be able to ride but I still waited. It took me like a week to recover from walking around both parks all day! Lol.
It was such a wonderful feeling to be able to ride again. To feel the wind on my face. Riding makes me feel so free and happy! Its like I am one with nature and I love it.
Riding my bike motivates me and makes me feel stronger and I’ve missed it. I know exercising is vital to our health but I am not a fan of it. I don’t feel like bike riding is exercising. Getting on my bike had nothing to do with a resolution.
I actually haven’t made mine yet. I’m still trying to decide what it is I want to accomplish this year. That list is really important and I have to make sure I get it right. I want to set myself up for success and not failure.
Is there something that you do on a daily basis that makes you feel alive and motivates you?

What motivates you?

Nowadays, playing with my son makes me feel alive and motivates me. It’s the highlight of my weekdays, and it makes me feel relaxed. Our time together is so special to me. 😍
