At the end of last year until the beginning of this year, I worked at a Tea Room. It was such cute little place. Although I didn’t work there very long I became very fond of tea. I wasn’t aware there were so many different flavors of tea. I guess since I didn’t like tea, I didn’t think about it much.
Green tea became my favorite while working there. I had a cup of Earl Grey on most mornings. It smelled divine. Without realizing it, drinking the tea was actually good for me. So, I began to pay more attention to the tea. There was tea for the flu, colds, coughs, sore throats, stiff joints, etc.
So, today I wanted to share with you benefits of drinking green tea.
