We have to remember……

Good morning beautiful humans, happy Wednesday! Thank you for stopping by my blog. You could be doing anything else but you’re here. Come on in

I ask in advance please forgive me if I seem like I’m all over the place. My mind is discombobulated……..

I’m still in shock over Kobe Bryant dying. It just seems like a bad dream you know. I was at work and a guest said to me, “You know, we have all these bad people in the world, why did one of the good ones have to die?” I just looked at him and for a moment I realized alot of people are probably thinking the exact same thing.

Sometimes when good people die we have to remember that God doesn’t make mistakes. As the bible saying goes, “lean not on your own understanding!”

We will never understand why Kobe and his beautiful young daughter died in such a tragic way but all things are not for us to understand. God doesn’t make mistakes. Its hard to swallow what happened because it’s so devastating but we have to believe they’re in Heaven and didn’t suffer in the end.

It doesn’t make it any less sad though. He was only 41 and his daughter Gianna was only 13. He was just inducted into the Hall of Fame. She had her entire life ahead of her.

I do understand that just because a person is good doesn’t mean tragedy can’t strike them. As with someone being mean spirited or bad doesn’t mean good things won’t come there way. That’s just life. It isn’t always kind and it isn’t always fair.

We just have to remember God doesn’t make mistakes and keep the faith. Thanks for reading my blog. What are your thoughts? Have a wonderful blessed day and always be kind. Follow me on Instagram http://www.instagram.comlifewithlane14

    1. It’s incredibly sad. Heartbreaking for all the families involved. We feel a certain way about Kobe because he was in the public eye and we feel like we knew him, so it hurts different. However, it’s just awful for everyone that was involved. Tragic way to die ☹☹💔

  1. Life is just too full of surprises that we should not be surprised about. It’s life. That is why I am not afraid of death or tragedy, I just hope for the best.

  2. When I heard about his passing it just threw my Sunday out of wack. Then hearing his daughter was with him, just made my heart sink. I just hope people realize that you truly have to live each day like it’s your last. We often forget that tomorrow is promised to no one. Hopefully, everyone will remember to let the words I Love You be the last thing you say each day to those you love and hold dear.

  3. This has hit me hard also, especially after a recent plane crash which took the life of Carley McChord. Such good people using their success to make the world a better place. The saying “life is short” has never had greater meaning than this past month. 🙏🏼❤️
