Up until a few years ago I didn’t like tea. Then I worked at a nice restaurant and my manager would make me tea when I didn’t feel well. I would tell him I didnt like tea and he would make it for me anyway. He said it would make me feel better. Turns out he was right. So, now I always turn to tea when I don’t feel well.
However, I’m only a fan of green tea. Black tea is a little bit too much for my taste. In addition to tea making me feel better when I’m under the weather, there are many other benefits of drinking green tea.
For me green tea helps soothes my sore throat, relieves my dry cough, and gives me a boost of energy. It really makes me feel better inside. I highly suggest drinking it when you don’t feel well.
