Spilling the Green Tea

Good morning beautiful humans, happy Tuesday! Thank you for stopping by my blog, come on in……

“Spilling the Green Tea!”
Life with Lane

Up until a few years ago I didn’t like tea. Then I worked at a nice restaurant and my manager would make me tea when I didn’t feel well. I would tell him I didnt like tea and he would make it for me anyway. He said it would make me feel better. Turns out he was right. So, now I always turn to tea when I don’t feel well.

However, I’m only a fan of green tea. Black tea is a little bit too much for my taste. In addition to tea making me feel better when I’m under the weather, there are many other benefits of drinking green tea.

Ahhhhhh Green Tea

For me green tea helps soothes my sore throat, relieves my dry cough, and gives me a boost of energy. It really makes me feel better inside. I highly suggest drinking it when you don’t feel well.

    1. I never liked tea when I was younger either. I didn’t get it, lol! I couldn’t even stomach the smell but now I love it. You should give it another try! Thank you for reading and commenting. Have a lovely week 🦋❤

  1. I can’t drink straight green tea. I hated tea for years but I’ve grown to like it in recent months. I drink mint green tea. You should try Trader Joe’s Moroccan Mint Green Tea. The mint is refreshing.
