Good morning beautiful humans, happy Saturday! How was your week? Thank you for spending part of your morning with me or evening depending on where you live in this great big world. Welcome to Life with Lane; my life through words, pictures, and food! Come on in……
Welcome to my weekly edition of reasons why I smiled! I’ve been so behind on posting, I’ve been all over the place. I think I’m back on track now. How was your week? I hope it was filled with sunshine, love, happiness, peace, family and friends, and great food! Mine sure was!
I’ve been in Alabama all week with my family for the holiday. I’ve told you guys before, Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. On Monday we watched the Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs New York Giants game. Tampa Bay won of course, lol! Wasn’t a blow out like I wanted but very good. I love Tom Brady ♥! They had to win that game after two losses in a row.
My brother’s house in simply just beautiful. He goes all out with the decorations and it’s just so beautiful to see. I can never take enough selfies, lol! It’s literally selfie heaven. Omg, the deer is the icing on the cake.
I just love my Tom Brady shirt. It was pretty chilly out but I wore it anyway. I’ve been working out so my arms look really good. I show them off as much as I can, lol!
My beautiful Mother actually took a picture with me and didn’t make a ridiculous face,! This woman literally cannot take a picture with a straight face. I have to admit, I cannot either and I get it from her, lol! Isn’t she beautiful? Beautiful without even trying. She truly is the most beautiful human ever.
I’m home for Thanksgiving with all of my family! There’s nothing better than family and I truly have the best one. I had my sisters, brother, my nieces, and my nephews! It was such a fantastic day and everything was perfect. I I couldn’t have asked for a better day. Thank you God!
The Thanksgiving dinner was pure perfection! My brother is an amazing cook and baker. He should really have his own show. Although he cooked pretty much everything, my favorite thing wasn’t something he cooked. My favorite thing was the dressing that my Mother cooked. It was truly the best thing I’ve ever eaten. Each year it just gets better and better. She outdid herself this year.
This week has been such a blessing and I thank God for everything. Being able to come home and be with my family for a week. To be in good health and surrounded by the ones; to eat amazing food and laugh. Life is good!
